DRAWS
1. 16 Teams will be divided in 4 groups namely G1, G2, G3 and G4
2. Each subgroup e.g. G1 will consists of 4 teams.
3. The matches will be conducted by Round Robin formula. i.e. each team will play with
each other in a group stage.
4. By this way, every participating team will get chance to play 3 matches.
5. The Group winners from G1, G2, G3 and G4 will be decided by Standard Football
Rules.
6. The Knock- out Round i.e. semi-finals and finals will be conducted to decide the
WINNER.
MATCHES RULES & REGULATIONS
1. For U-12 boys : This tournament is a 3-A SIDE Football Tournament. Hence, Only
3 Players can play at a time. Maximum 3 Substitute can be registered.
3 + 3 = 6 players in one team.
2. For U-10 boys and girls ( Mixed allowed ): This will be 4 a side Football
Tournament. Maximum 2 Substitute can be registered. 4+ 2 =6 players in one team.
3. There is a ROLLING SUBSTITUTION is allowed. The rule for the same is while
Ball is OUT OF PLAY or the game is stopped, the substitution has to be carried out
with the consent of the MAIN REFREE of the match.
4. Each match is of 20 minutes of duration. (10 minutes each half) for U-12.
5. 5 minutes halftime.
6. According to weather situation the Referee can add additional cooling breaks in each
half if requires for U-12 boys.
7. For U-10 group 2 cooling breaks of 1 min. in first and second half. Hence the match
is of 18 minutes 9 minutes each half. Halftime is of 5 minutes duration.
8. There is NO OFFSIDE rule for the game.
9. There is NO GOALKEEPER for the match.
10. If the two teams tied after 20/18 minutes of full duration is over; then
PENALTY SHOOTOUTS will be conducted to decide the winner of the
respective match.
11. PENALTY SHOOT will be taken from the centre point of the field of play. There will
be NO goalkeeper in the Goalpost.
12. Each team will get chance to score a goal as one by another. It will continue till the
Result come out by 1-0.
GUIDELINES and INSTRUCTIONS
1. Each team must present at least 30 minutes before scheduled time.
2. Each Player and Team must bring their own WATER BOTTLES, CAPS, KIT BAGS
and necessary Medical FIRST AID Box respectively.
3. Please DO NOT throws any plastic wrappers, plastic bottles. In short, maintain
the place clean and neat.
4. The football ground is surrounded by Residential area. Hence, ALL TYPE of
discipline must be maintained by everyone.
